By signing up and actively using the 1 Cent Mail program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address and Administrative Messages that appear when they sign in provided upon signing up with 1 Cent Mail. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the 1 Cent Mail program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Minors must have parental consent to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree that you personally understand English and are NOT in any way using a translator of any such to try to understand what it is you are reading.

You agree to and must use your own name, HOME address, and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity or residence. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing 1 Cent Mail account.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.You are solely responsible for any and all use of your 1 Cent Mail account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by 1 Cent Mail be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account and agree to receive emails from us limited to no more than (100) per day.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or consistenly blocked to messages from 1 Cent Mail, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Vacation mode: When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back. Accounts that are on vacation or inactive do not get payouts requested or randoms. If you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact us via the contact link and let us know so that your account will be noted and it does not get deleted. ..
When you return from vacation, you must take yourself off vacation within 3 days and click a link, otherwise you will be considered inactive.

Activity requirements:

Inactive accounts ( free members) are suspended after 30 days inactivity.Paid upgraded Members who go 45 days without activity are also suspended.If you contact us within 30 days after a suspension for inactivity, your account can be restored ONE time only. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.You must click at least 100 links per month to use the ptp or affiliate page features. If you have requested payout, but have not met this activity requirement on a consistent basis, your ptp and/or affiliate page priveleges will be suspended. You cannot quickly click the required amount prior to requesting payout
Abuse of the PTP and Affiliate page options will not be tolerated. You may not just run your ptp links and cashout. We reserve the right to cancel payout requests where PTP and Affiliate page abuse is found.

Keywords / Interest:

We have several "Bad" keywords/interest, such as " I cheat" and others. This assists us in finding the members that can not understand english. If your account is found to have one of these keywords selected your account will be deleted. If you are NOT from a search allowed country, do not select the SEARCH interest/keyword - accounts from non search countries that have this keyword selected will be deleted.

Clicking the Keyword "I own/Run A PTR" and you are not in FACT a PTR Webmaster will cause this keyword to be a CHEAT KEYWORD. In this case you will be deleted for clicking the Wrong Keyword. We reserve the right to request verification that you own a PTR ( or other "get paid to") site.

Cheat Links:

Advertisers are paying for you to read their ads that they have purchased. In order for us to have a good honest site and members, knowing they are reading there ads and emails, we must include Cheat Links. These are found in emails and on the site itself. They will say things like Don't click this link, Delete this ad, bad link, etc to warn you not to click these. This is to insure that we have members understanding English and NOT blind clicking. Once you are caught clicking the Cheat Links 3 or more times, your account will be Deleted. There are no second chances and you will lose all of your account funds.

Account, redemptions, or upgrade transfers:

Accounts, upgrades, or redemptions, affiliate pages are not transferable, they may not be sold or given away for any reason without our consent. If you have an extenuating circumstance that warrants transfer, you must submit your request by sending a support ticket and we will consider it on a case-by-case basis

Advertising at 1 Cent Mail:

1 Cent Mail is an ENGLISH speaking site - We require that all members read, write, and understand the english language. We require that all advertising / promotion of 1 Cent Mail be done on ENGLISH speaking sites / forums and the like. We do not endorse the advertising of our site on non english speaking sites and your account is at risk if we should find you doing so. We have no way of validating the legitimacy of your advertisement / promotion when placed in a language other than english.
No images or javascript will be accepted in email ads. They are to be text only.

Link Sharing / Accessing Paid Links:

We do NOT permit link sharing. Link sharing is the posting of our paid links on a forum / web site / mailing list, etc. for the direct purpose of sharing those links with others. Any members caught link sharing will have their accounts deleted immediately.
You are not permitted to access the paid links for 1 Cent Mail in any way other than what is considered the "norm" by us. This means viewing source code to pull links and automatic click software programs, among other various ways to harvest links, are all prohibited. If caught your account will be deleted immediately. NO exceptions. You are expected to read your emails then follow the paid link to the advertisers web site. If you use our PTC sections, then you are expected to login to your member area, and manually click the banners/links in the PTC sections to visit the advertisers site.
You may not have more than ONE paid ad open at a time on 1 Cent Mail. The correct method is to open one ad, let the timer EXPIRE then continue on to the next ad. Users found opening more than one paid ad at a time will be removed and earnings forfeited.

If we catch you cheating , you will be deleted . We have zero tolerance for cheating!

Cheating includes ( but is not limited to):

Using an open/anonymous proxy for the purpose of hiding your true country

Having multiple accounts

Sharing a payment account

Searching if you are not from a search country

Clicking 3 or more regular cheat links

Clicking any hidden cheat links

Three wrong answers to admin messages

Unauthorized attempts to access admin areas of the site

Mistakes that Happen

At times if we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account. This will be high link amounts that were sent out by mistake.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and 1 Cent Mail are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and 1 Cent Mail. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of 1 Cent Mail. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

1 Cent Mail will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or 1 Cent Mail program, even if 1 Cent Mail has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, 1 Cent Mail aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by 1 Cent Mail. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the 1 Cent Mail program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by 1 Cent Mail.

1 Cent Mail will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by 1 Cent Mail ($5 for free Members). Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days via Paypal or AlertPay or a reasonable time after.

Changes to TOS

Affiliates will be notified of any changes to 1 Cent Mail terms and conditions prior to the changes, and forfeit all earnings accrued if these changes are deemed to be unacceptable to the affiliate.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with 1 Cent Mail and may result in legal prosecution. 1 Cent Mail strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. 1 Cent Mail may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. 1 Cent Mail will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
